In 2007, Marilyn became certified to teach the fun, casual, and loose watercolor style created by Terry Madden.  A gifted teacher, Terry perfected innovative methods for helping others develop their own watercolor gifts after becoming discouraged by traditional art instruction.  His Madden Certified Teacher Program trains other artists to teach and demonstrate his techniques.  His syndicated PBS television series, "Wonderful World of Watercolor," is aired nationwide. 

Marilyn's "Watercolor Workshops for Fun" are a result of the watercolor style she has developed combined with teaching methods of Terry Madden.
